I understand that neither the completion of this application nor any other part of my consideration for employment establishes any obligation for the Company to hire me. If I am hired, I understand that either Lizzys Luxury Lodge or I can terminate my employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause and without prior notice. I understand that no representative of the Company has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, unless it is in the form of a written employment contract signed by the owner of the Company. I attest with my signature below that I have given to the Company true and complete information on this application. No requested information has been concealed. I authorize the Company to contact references provided for employment reference checks. I hereby release and hold harmless any prior employers, Lizzys Luxury Lodge, and/or its agents from any liability in the investigation of my employment background. I further understand that any offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including, but not limited to, a criminal background check. If any information I have provided is false, or I have concealed material information, I understand that this conduct will constitute cause for the denial of employment or immediate dismissal.
